I joined MediaCom in August 2013 and have worked in media for 26 years, most of those within digital the digital era so I have seen the landscape rapidly evolve over that time.

My role is all about building brilliant teams within our Birmingham office and connecting them to the wider MediaCom network, so that together we can grow our clients' business. Our business is built on our people and it’s my job to ensure that they have all the necessary support in which to thrive and therefore be an indispensable partner to our clients.

A global digital strategist, I specialise in embedding better digital capability in large national and global organisations and digital evolution for business change.

I have worked in the digital industry for 18 years and founded Code Computerlove in 1999. My background in creative technology immediately positioned the agency as a digital leader in the North.
